Reiki for Grief - Package of 3 sessions

Grief reiki uses traditional reiki with additional spiritual-based tools and methodologies to help you cope with grief and the side effects of dealing with the grief process (stress, sleep imbalances, changes in appetite, depression, etc.) that impact the heart and solar plexus chakra.
Treatment details: In three one-hour sessions, you are introduced to a guided meditation and then you will experience a deep reiki session with a focus on your heart and solar plexus.
Why three sessions? Grief is a process and simply one treatment may not be enough to help you through your grieving process. You have the choice to perform all three sessions in a month or space them out over a 6-month process.
You may note that you'll need to do more than three sessions depending on your healing process. We can work together to determine the appropriate treatment plan for your specific needs.
